Who would not want to spend Christmas in such a great city?It seems as though every great Christmas movie or memory of ours watching a show is somehow associated with NYC.

To get started, when in NYC during holiday time you simply can’t miss hitting some of the iconic sights you’ve dreamed about. Sure, they will be flooded with people Instagramming away, but we have to admit they are worth battling the masses to experience.

A small disclaimer: Spending five days in the city does not qualify me to be an expert to know about the city completely.

I love reading those Top “n” places on specific categories but I just can’t do it. Because I really did not master this beautiful city. So much in such a short time? It’s impossible.

However, I would love to share with you a few thoughts and experiences.

1.A LEGIT “ROOM WITH A VIEW”

My view of Manhattan.
Enough said

2.TREE-DITIONAL LIGHTS AND SIGHTS

You could be standing in front of the Rockefeller Centre light show at fifth avenue if you time it right. The show plays dramatic Christmas music at regular intervals once the sun goes down.

This is a must-do when you visit New York City at Christmas.

NEXT

You can’t NOT go to the Rockefeller Christmas Tree. It would be like going to Agra without seeing the Taj Mahal.

FACTS ON THE ROCKEFELLER CHRISTMAS TREE

  • The tree is at a height of around 94 feet(Although, the first tree was about 20 feet)
  • The sparkling Christmas star at the tree top is made from 25000 real Swarovski crystals.(EXPENSIVE!!!!!!!!!)
  • The tree is recycled for over 40 years

3.SHOP TILL YOU DROP( Who said it must be clothes?)

Home to my taste buds- Introducing the M&M’s world at the famous Times Square!!

Now obviously you can’t go to M&M’s world without having some chocolate; but here comes the problem-How to choose with a mutlitude options such as mint flavour, coffee nut, triple chocolate and more!

My reaction when there is a sale in the M&M’s store
DINNER: I’ve never met a pizza like you before

This is what my Christmas looked like!

MORE TO COME FROM MY TRIP.
